O Functional thinking in Reich: a contribution to the interdisciplinary method

Keywords: Functional thinking . Interdisciplinarity . Science, Functional thinking, Interdisciplinarity, Science

Abstract

The contemporary world has presented new challenges to scientific knowledge that no longer include a hegemonic disciplinary model of science. Although interdisciplinarity already presents itself as an innovative model, that helps to break the boundaries between knowledge, there are still many challenges. This paper brings functional Reichian thinking as a contribution so that we can envision new ways and solutions to the complex issues of the present time / humanity / science. The reintegration of the parts sedimented by the Cartesian view of being and the world is necessary, since reality is total, and a part of it has a function before the whole, but not the whole in itself.
